Join a Growing, Modern Dental Practice
Cube Dental is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly organised individual to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience working in the dental industry who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting a busy clinical team.
While this is primarily a front-of-house and patient care coordinator position, we are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive and happy to support different areas of the practice as required.
About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice by managing patient journeys, maintaining busy appointment books and supporting both patients and clinicians.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a busy appointment diary to maximise clinical time.
- Answering telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Responding promptly to emails and patient enquiries.
- Greeting patients and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Processing and submitting PRSI dental claims accurately.
- Liaising with dentists, hygienists and the wider team to ensure efficient workflows.
- Supporting practice administration and daily operations.
- Assisting with onboarding and training new team members.
- Helping maintain high standards throughout the practice.
- Providing chairside dental nursing support when required (desirable but not essential).
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a dental practice.
- Has an excellent understanding of dental terminology and treatments.
- Is confident managing appointment books and patient communications.
- Has excellent written and spoken English.
- Is friendly, approachable and enjoys working with people.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Can prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Is proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Is flexible and willing to support different areas of the practice when required.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience working within the dental industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Experience handling patient enquiries both by telephone and email.
- Knowledge of PRSI claims processing.
- Professional telephone manner.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Dentally practice management software.
- Dental nursing qualification or chairside nursing experience.
- Experience training or mentoring new staff members.
- Knowledge of private treatment planning and finance options.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position.
Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is essential. Some evening and occasional weekend work may be required to support the needs of the practice.
